Download YouTube Videos

You hit play on an awesome video and 30 seconds in it pauses to buffer, all of a sudden your perfect class descends into chatting chaos as youtube betrays you. I've been there, lot.Savemedia.com is a wonderful site that empowers you to download almost any youtube videowithout needing to install anything. No need to bother your Instructional Technology Specialist to install something, your computer can already do this.

All you do is find a youtube video you would like to download, copy the url from the address bar, then go to savemedia.com, paste the address and click "Download by URL". It might take up to a minute to load but you should get a screen that looks like the picture below. I highly reccommend selecting a medium quality MP4 file, MP4 is the most commonly used video format. Simply click one to make a selection.

Presto! No more load time because you have the full video save to your computer.
